DEADLINES AND FEES
All registration fees are in EUR (€) per person and include 19% German VAT.
Normal VAT rules apply to recovery of any VAT incurred.

*EU and National Government institutions and the press can access the conference for free.
Extra banquet dinner tickets can be purchased as additional service.
*The EGEC or BVG Member rate is reserved exclusively for those organisations who pay a DIRECT membership fee to EGEC or BVG and hold an active membership in 2021-2022. Indirect membership through National Associations cannot be claimed. Irregular registrations will be invoiced the difference in cost for the pass to be valid.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. If a cancellation is received 30 days before the start of the conference , you get 100% back (minus 20 EUR handling charges). After this date, or if registrants fail to attend the meeting for any reason whatsoever, regrettably no refund (registration fee and social events) can be made. Payments will be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organizers. In that case, the organizers will have no further liability to the participant. In case of a ban on events by a regulation or official order, 50% of the conference fees will be refunded by the organizers.

If you require an invitation letter as part of your visa application, you can request one as part of the online meeting registration process. Please complete your registration and send an email to the firstname.lastname@example.org stating that you would like to request an invitation letter. No letters of invitation will be issued without a completed meeting registration.
We accept payments by credit card or Paypal. We cannot accept payment by check and debit card. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense.
Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 14 days after registration to secure your participation.
Personal data are all data stored in connection with your name. The inventory data transmitted by the participant (first name, surname, billing address, e-mail address) is stored by the organizers in a list of participants and processed, used and – if necessary – passed on to service providers commissioned for this purpose for the purpose of providing the service and billing. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties.
