What data do we collect?
We collect information about you when you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter, fill in forms on our website, or require further information and services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

We collect information about you to process your inquiry and, if you signed up to the news service, to email you about news that we think may be of interest to you.

- Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC), which we use to manage email marketing subscriber lists and send emails to our subscribers. Read their privacy policy.
- Google Analytics (provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), which we use for web analysis of details on your visit to our website, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data. We do not use Google Analytics for targeted advertising services.
- Dropbox, which we sometimes use for collaboration with partners in European projects. Read their privacy policy.
- Novabee, a Belgium based company which manages our IT infrastructure.
- Eventbrite, which we occasionally use for attendee management and registration to events. Read their privacy policy.
