Time to submit full papers. Deadline: 31st May 2016

Those who successfully applied to present their work at the European Geothermal Congress 2016 should now submit their full papers online.

Both authors presenting their work orally and with a poster should submit a paper, which will be published in the official proceedings.

Instructions for all authors.

By 31st May you should:

  • Download the EGC paper template and use this to prepare their paper.
  • When you have finished writing your paper, log into your account on the EGC website. Your username and password remain the same. Follow the online instructions to upload your paper. You will need to
    • attach your paper in pdf format
    • supply the authors names and details
    • supply the presenter name and details
    • enter the corresponding abstract ID number. This can be found online, by logging into your dashboard, or in any of the confirmation emails you have received
  • Register for the congress. Details of the registration fees can be found here. Discounts are available for students and standard bookings before 31st May (all participants). EGEC and afpg members can benefit from the reduced rate until 30th June.
